These Jr High students just finished building a house for a family that had none.
Loving God and Others in Mexico is fun too!
Each summer a group of local students travel to Mexico to "Help people find and follow Jesus." Area Jr High students travel to Rio Bravo where they build a 12x16 house for a family that lives on the ground in a shelter made of cardboard and scrap wood. Area High School students travel to Monterrey Mexico where they work with two local churches. At one of these churches students are helping to build shelter adn classrooms so there is a safe place for abused women and their children.
